Fee Structure & Policies
School fees are stated at the beginning of the admission process for each academic year. For new students, fees include the prospectus, registration (once-only), tuition, textbooks, uniforms, co-curricular activities, and PTA levy.
Boarding Fees: Include a refundable boarding deposit (caution fee), house wear, Sunday wear, medical deposit, and student imprest account.
Important Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal from school or the pastoral centre requires one full term’s notice in writing to the Head of School. Failure to follow this procedure results in the forfeiture of one full term’s fee and the boarding deposit will not be refunded.
Payment Information
Fees are due on or before the first day of school. Please use your child's Student ID as a payment reference to ensure prompt account allocation.
- Online: Use our secure portal for instant receipts.
- Accounts Office: POS or certified bank drafts (Personal/Company cheques and Cash are not accepted).
