Information About The School

The Rockcleft School, now known as Favoured Life International School (FLINTS), was established on 9th January 2000.
The school began as a Day Care and Nursery institution in Surulere, Lagos.

Dr. Titilayo Adekunle Odutola - CEO Dr. Titilayo Adekunle Odutola (CEO)

Dr. Titilayo Adekunle Odutola, the Chief Executive Officer of the school, although a legal practitioner by profession, developed a deep passion for child education. She is also an experienced educator with a special focus on Early Childhood Education.

Dr. Titilayo Adekunle Odutola has travelled extensively and studied educational systems across different parts of the world. Drawing from these experiences, she has incorporated global best practices into the school system while preserving and appreciating our rich cultural heritage and values.

The school provides a rich and stimulating learning environment for children. Pupils’ work, educational posters, multicultural displays, cartoon illustrations, learning resources, and informative materials are creatively and attractively displayed throughout the school premises.

The school operates from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the core academic hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Admission into the school is primarily through private application at a prescribed fee payable by parents. Children are grouped according to their ages as follows:

  • 6 to 18 months — Day Care Group
  • 18 months to 3 years — KG Class
  • 4 to 5 years — Nursery and Reception
  • 5 to 10 years — Primary Education
  • 10 to 16 years — Secondary Education

We offer a wide range of co-curricular activities, including Music, Taekwondo, Swimming, Ballet, Brownies, Dance and Drama, Coding and Robotics. Our pupils are adequately prepared to face future challenges with confidence and competence.

At FLINTS, learning extends beyond the classroom. We organise educational trips, picnics, and excursions to expose our learners to real-life experiences that support healthy growth and development.

Our children are raised according to Godly principles, with the understanding that “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
